Believe it or not, Windows 8 actually runs faster than 7 on the same hardware. I just installed it on a netbook that had Windows 7 Starter originally and lagged like hell even when you did a fresh install. Now after I installed Windows 8, the thing runs like butter.
It's crazy how fast it runs on a 1.6GHz Atom, 2GB Ram, crappy 5400RPM HDD and with all the graphical whistles turned on. Applications run very smoothlly without any hiccups and the Metro UI is amazingly smooth...
I second that. And gay people should be banned from getting in so that we keep them away from the rest of the population while they keep calling for equality and at the same time creating an exclusive gay version of everything.
Maybe they're going to require people to suck the security guy's dick before they enter the convention!
Because carrying a desktop all day is so much fun. Laptops and desktops can co-exist. I have a pretty powerful desktop and a laptop and they both can play games so I can always play wherever I am.

In terms of compatibility and ease of use(plug n' play), the best pad for PC is the Xbox 360 controller.
Whether you prefer the 360's controller or the dual shock is completely subjective.

Why? just why did they make it so that you can't move after the game ends? That was one of the subtle things that made Halo...Halo. Removing such a thing takes away the fun of celebrating by shooting each other and throwing grenades everywhere after you win the game. I hope they bring it back in the final version.
As for the Sniper Rifle, by far it is the worst looking gun they showed for Halo 4 and its sound is atrocious. I really hope they fix these things.
When you're a developer you would know that easier = better and you'd always appreciate that. The easier you make it for developers to program for your system, the more developers will jump on board and give priority to your platform.
Now, instead of oversized boobs you get orgasmic sounds throught the whole game. So that's how they preserved Lara's sex appeal and stayed true to the original series!

I disagree. While I loved playing the campaign from 2 different perspectives, Halo 2 had the worst pacing and AI in any Halo game. On Legendary, the game was a total cheating mess. There were parts of the game where you basically spwaned and died immediately because of the cheap difficulity and design (e.g. Gravemind). What surprises me most, is that Halo 2 had "Quarntine Zone" and that level had the worst level design out of all the Halos but people never me...

@Persistantthug Except unlike consoles, PCs are UPGARDEABLE. In consoles you're stuck with the same hardware for 5-7 years. So, a unified memory architecture does help a lot when it comes to consoles.
